Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. All setup fees will be refunded in full, if a project is cancelled after the first draft of the layout is created. After second draft of layout or a website is live, setup fees are not refundable.
When you provide us with credit card information, you confirm that you are permitted to use that credit card. You also authorize us to store that credit card information in our secure payment gateway, along with other pertinent transaction information.
By providing us with credit card information, you are agreeing to automatic billing (if applicable) and you authorize us to charge you automatically for subscription and/or other ongoing fees.
When you make a transaction, you authorize us to charge the full amount of the transaction to the credit card you provide.
By providing Robot Force with your credit card and contact information, you are agreeing that such information is valid and up-to-date and take responsibility of keeping this information up-to-date.
You alone are responsible for overdraft or any other bank fees resulting from payment with a debit or credit card.
We may contact your credit card company, bank, law enforcement or pertinent third parties and share the details of any of your payments, if we believe doing so may prevent financial loss or a violation of the law.
You agree to notify us immediately if you believe that an unauthorized or problematic transaction has taken place on your account.
You are responsible for and agree to reimburse us for all reversals, charge-backs, claims and fees (including costs and setup fees) that arose from payments that you authorized or accepted.
We may cancel any transaction, if we believe the transaction violates any terms in our contract or if we believe doing so might prevent financial loss.
